EduKerjaya Terms and Conditions

EduKerjaya is organized by Project ID. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying to be a participant for EduKerjaya. By participating, it is implied that the students doing so have understood and agreed upon fully and unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated in the following. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed to apply for the program. 


Eligibility

  • Form 4 students studying in Malaysia

  • Open to Form 4 students in Malaysia

  • Students with household income below RM4,850 will be prioritised

  • Basic language and numeracy ability

  • Basic computer skills


Entry

  • To participate in EduKerjaya, participants must first be selected by applying on our website

  • Applications will be open on June 7th 2021 and will be closed on July 14th 2021

  • Applications received after the deadline will be automatically rejected and will not be taken into consideration

  • There will be no fees imposed during selections nor participation

  • Shortlisted participants will be informed through e-mail by July 19th 2021

  • All decisions regarding shortlisted participants are final


Disqualification

  • Organiser has the right to disqualify participants that is found to violate the terms and conditions stipulated.


Personal Data Protection

  • The information participants provide to Project ID will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (1998) and any other relevant legislation ("Act") currently enforced in Malaysia.

  • Data provided by participants may be additionally shared from time to time with Project ID’s third party bodies appointed. 


Liability

  • Project ID would not bear any loss of the participants throughout the duration of the program due to reasons beyond their control.

  • Project ID shall not be liable for any defects (physical or operational) to items given in the programme.

  • Project ID shall not be held liable for any failure in the deliverance of the session due to the ineptitude of the respective telecommunication service providers to provide efficient internet service.
