As a senior associate in our programme team, you’ll play a pivotal role in programme design and delivery within the team. This includes a specialised focus on building a dynamic and fulfilling student experience through career readiness resources and bootcamps. You will also manage projects, coordinate logistics, engage stakeholders and analyse data to ensure our impact keeps growing!

  • Programme Design and Delivery:

    • Meet with partners to understand expectations and design programmes/training content in various formats to achieve student impact.

    • Follow up on important actions and decisions and handle issues that arise.

    • Independently lead workshops & training sessions.

    • Facilitate student groups during programmes, including camps and workshops.

    • Revise programmes based on research, feedback and data.

    Project Management:

    • Develop & monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

    • Coordinate operations and logistics for programme delivery.

    • Design & implement end-to-end programme journey for all stakeholders, including partners and students.

    • Prepare communication materials for potential & existing partners.

    • Build relationships with stakeholders including MOE /JPN/PPD, educational community, regional private sector and other relevant stakeholders by: -

      • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings;

      • Maintaining relationships with frequent communication touchpoints.

    Monitoring & Evaluation:

    • Develop impact measurement frameworks to evaluate programme outcomes.

    • Conduct programme data collection & contribute to social impact analysis.

    • Conduct data analysis and generate insights on programme recommendations.

    • Prepare project reporting to keep stakeholders updated on project progress.

    • Passionate about student empowerment and student voice initiatives.

    • Years of experience: Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following: project management, teaching, camp facilitation, workshop training.

    • Able to take ownership and manage multiple work streams.

    • Excellent at producing written communication, reports and presentations, with great attention to detail and maintaining high quality work.

    • Highly adaptable and unafraid to engage in challenging situations.

    • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment.

    • Proficient in using MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and G Suite; and is open to using other platforms such as Slack and Notion.

    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    • A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
