1. Can I apply for multiple positions?
Absolutely! We encourage candidates to explore various roles that align with their skills and interests. Feel free to apply for any positions to find the best fit for you.
2. How does the application process work?
Here's a glimpse of our process:
Step 1. You apply via the application form
Step 2. {-30 mins) Shortlisted candidates undergo a screening call
Step 3. (3-5 days) Take-home assignments to assess core professional competencies
Step 4. (-45 mins) Shortlisted candidates interview with the Hiring Manager, discussing culture fit, prior experience, and take-home assignment
Step 5. Final interview with CEO or function lead

3. What are the additional benefits Project ID offers to your full-time employees?

4. What are the working hours at Project ID?
Our standard office hours are 9 am to 6 pm, with a mix of office and remote work. However, we do adapt based on project needs, deadlines, and team collaboration, ensuring a dynamic and flexible environment.
5. What transportation options are available for the daily commute?
Our office is at WORQ TTDI. The location is well-connected and easily accessible by MRT via the TTDI station, located right next to WORQ TTDI. For those who are driving, there is ample parking space and WORQ provides a flate rate for each day!
6. How does Project ID support employee career growth and personal well-being?
We care about your growth and well-being. Our full-time staffs get flexi-benefits for mental health and professional development. Our team also engages in regular 1-on-1 coaching and group learning sessions to grow our collective personal and professional journey.
7. Do employees need to travel to different locations?
On a day-to-day basis, we work from our office in WORQ TTDI. We do travel out for school visits, run student workshops and camps, and meet stakeholders (and sometimes team outings!). We have a mix of programs in both Klang Valley and other states.
Be a Facilitator!
Facilitators set students up for success in life.
Project ID facilitators work with students/youths across Malaysia to help them develop their skills to improve their growth areas.
Registrations are open! We welcome all from any background and experience levels. We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
This role may be offered on a paid basis.
As a facilitator, you will:
enhance learning through discussion or activities such as role plays;
nurture dialogue by encouraging others to speak and answer learners’ questions during activities;
provide a safe space for learners to share their experiences and learn from one another.

Volunteer With Us
Interested in creating impact and empowering students?
Want to be part of creating impact and change? Project ID is looking for volunteers like you!
Volunteers work alongside us with their individual skillsets to create impact in the educational landscape of Malaysia. You may volunteer to assist us during live workshops, being mentors to students in our programmes, coordinate events, photographing and many more.
Tell us your skillset and how you'd like to offer a hand (i.e. photography, videography, teaching, writing, promotion, on the ground work etc).
As a volunteer, you will:
contribute to creating impact by empowering students;
enhance the work of the organization;
support the Project ID team in diverse areas of work in education.
Internships
Interns will be responsible for assisting with project management for the program’s collaborative projects with various stakeholders. This includes coordinating operations and logistics for programs delivery and co-facilitating student groups during Project ID programs including camps, workshops, and sessions.
We gladly welcome students from all levels (SPM Leavers, Pre-University, Undergraduates)!

Partnership & Impact, Senior Associate (FULL-TIME)
