Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (PRS) from 20 schools in Kuala Lumpur successfully designed and implemented initiatives focused on mental well-being that directly impacted 4,743 students.

Phase 1 : EMPOWER Rakan modules
The EMPOWER Rakan Modules consist of 11 Modules
Focusing on the knowledge and skills to strengthen the application of PRS roles through interactive videos, worksheets, activities, quizzes, community pages, and feedback forms.

Phase 2 : EMPOWER Rakan Bootcamp
Participants: 108 PRS students
Location: Nur Laman Bestari, Batu Caves
Emphasis on practical learning application
Training on "Basic Peer Support Mental Health"
Planning and implementation of Mental Health Initiative projects
Phase 3 : The top three winners of the EMPOWER Rakan competition
Mental Health Campaign by SMK Puteri Titiwangsa
This initiative involves two phases. Phase 1 involved promoting mental health-related posters and engaging in online quiz activities. In Phase 2, mindfulness workshops were conducted to impart mental health management skills, alongside the launch of a Google Form for participants to express their feelings.

Program Minggu Minda Sihat & Pengurusan Emosi (M.I.S.E.E) by SMK Desa Petaling
An initiative to share with students about the importance of mental health and how they can manage their emotions. Activities include deep breathing techniques and others.
Total number of students impacted: 120 students.
Program Demi Rakan by SMK Taman Melati
This program involves two public speeches, a social media campaign with infographics on "abuse" and “self-harm”, weekend quizzes based on the content of speeches and social media, a sticker chart for feedback to assess students' understanding, and the presentation of prizes to quiz winners.
Total number of students impacted: 360 students.
